Well, I am glad to see Mr. Raccoon is posted. Thank you for making me happy. ;) I am going to dress up just like this for halloween and come through your window. Please, put a robe on if you are in the shower and your daughter says (very reasonably), "um, Mama, you should come here. There's a giant raccoon trying to come in the window. And he's wearing a Santa hat." That will be me! Trick or Treat! I hope you have good candy. If you have a bowl full ready for me, I might not tip your trash can over and throw garbage all over your kitchen. Oh, my, I kill myself. I am glad I find myself funny enough for both of us.
Now, seriously, I love this raccoon card. I want to make one just like it. I have to make Kate's birthday card this week so I can get in in the mail by Thursday or Friday. She turns 19 next week! Then I can make Christmas cards. I got her a bracelet for her birthday that has a charm on it that says "everything happens for a reason." I tell her that all the time. I couldn't believe it when I saw that Alex and Ani (the bracelet line she wears - they are right here in RI) came out with a new line and this charm was part of it. It's like it was made for her. I can't believe she's 19. She looks so much like my mother. Less than a month now and she's home for almost a week. Woo Hoo! What are you doing for Thanksgiving? Do you have plans?
