This card was made suing beautiful papers by Webster Pages, a Petaloo flower, some lace and bling also from Webster Pages. The bee was cut from Art Nouveau cart.

Crocheted Snowflakes

I went to Barnes &Noble with my kids the other day and while they were looking at the children's books I checked the crafts department and found a freshly (yeah, can't think of any other word) published book with 100 crochet snowflakes patterns. What a find! I was thrilled to buy it. Can't stop making the snowflakes ever since. And it seems like no snowflakes are alike...

I also made a card with one of the snowflakes just to see if it will look OK, and it looks cute.

First cards using Cricut Mini

Just a couple of simple cards I made using my new Cricut Mini machine and Create a Critter 2 cart. Can't say I am really happy with the Mini, need to get used to the smaller mat and once in a while the machine would make unwanted cuts. But overall I like it.

Finally I finished this layout, I think a started it last year. It is scraplifted from Monique Griffith, I always loved her layouts and saved a lot of pictures from her blog so I can make my own copies. This is one of them.

I found this idea to put Mickey Mouse in a sleigh on someone's blog long time ago, now I am not sure who it was, I only saved the picture. I used Mickey from Mickey and Friends and sleigh from Christmas Cheer I believe.
