I used the brand new lettering Delights Cut It Set that is called Seasons Tweetings. I also used some embellishments and bling. Enjoy!

It was snowing all day yesterday, so this card is fitting. Have an "ice" day! Me and my kids we just love snow, it makes us happy. My twins got really upset today that all the snow has melted over night and it got warmer.

The girl was cut using LD SVG file from Weather Girl set.

Crocheted Snowflakes

I went to Barnes &Noble with my kids the other day and while they were looking at the children's books I checked the crafts department and found a freshly (yeah, can't think of any other word) published book with 100 crochet snowflakes patterns. What a find! I was thrilled to buy it. Can't stop making the snowflakes ever since. And it seems like no snowflakes are alike...

I also made a card with one of the snowflakes just to see if it will look OK, and it looks cute.

First cards using Cricut Mini

Just a couple of simple cards I made using my new Cricut Mini machine and Create a Critter 2 cart. Can't say I am really happy with the Mini, need to get used to the smaller mat and once in a while the machine would make unwanted cuts. But overall I like it.

Finally I finished this layout, I think a started it last year. It is scraplifted from Monique Griffith, I always loved her layouts and saved a lot of pictures from her blog so I can make my own copies. This is one of them.

I used Winter Frolic for all the cuts.

I found this idea to put Mickey Mouse in a sleigh on someone's blog long time ago, now I am not sure who it was, I only saved the picture. I used Mickey from Mickey and Friends and sleigh from Christmas Cheer I believe.

Decorated Composition Books and Matching Cards

Last year I made a few gift sets of Composition Books and matching cards for my friend's girl boutique store. They were all sold out and she asked for more. I never found time ot make them. Only now that my kids are in school and I have extra time I decided to make some. I got the journals (composition books) at the dollar store. They are very easy to make! I used Paper Doll Teen Scene cart for the girls and Create a Critter for the squirrel.
